Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Return procedure

To initiate a returns process, please contact us at service@murasakikaze.com. We will provide you with a free shipping label and the return shipping address.

Return costs

Murasaki Kaze will cover the return shipping fee and provide you with a free shipping label.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Don't worry, if you receive a defective item, we'll replace it free of charge. However, you must notify us withing 7 days of delivery and return the product within 14 days of receiving a free shipping label from us.

Exchanges

We only replace damaged or defective products.
If you would like to receive the same product again, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or denied.
Approved returns will be processed and automatically refunded to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
